The Law Offices of David Castillo & Associates is an international law firm located in McAllen, TX with associated offices in the Republics of Nicaragua and Mexico. Their attorneys provide expertise in terms of the different areas of law and legal advice respectively. All of the firm's attorneys are licensed and admitted to practice law only in Texas unless expressly stated otherwise.
Mr. David Castillo is an attorney admitted and licensed to practice law in the
the state of Texas and in all federal U.S. Immigration Courts.
* Mr. Frank Arias is an attorney admitted and licensed to practice law in the Republic
of Nicaragua & Accredited Representative before the U.S. Executive Office for
Immigration Review (E.O.I.R) and the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services
(U.S.C.I.S).
** Mr. Roberto Arias-Ramos is a retired - non-practicing attorney in the state of
Louisiana. Currently, Mr. Arias-Ramos is also an attorney admitted and licensed to
practice law in the Republic of Nicaragua.
